We are very proud that the food we serve comes fresh from our kitchen not from a
jar! Wherever possible*, we source local, seasonal produce and our sauces and masalas
are made by hand, by us.
We serve only the freshest local seafood – our fish is line-caught in the Andaman
Sea and our prawns are wild, never farmed or frozen. We strongly believe in supporting
local fishermen and sustainable fishing practices. This means that our seafood menu
is seasonal and reflects seasonal changes.
At Full Moon Café, our aim is to bring you a variety of dishes that we love and
that,we hope, has something for everyone – vegetarian and non-veg, Indian and international.
Our menu is packed with home recipes and personal favourites. Many of our Indian
dishes come from Adil’s home province of South Maharashtra, complete with authentic
flavours and authentic spice!
We also offer you our own twist on North Indian classics and Tandoori dishes.
Our international menu includes lots of light, healthy dishes, including a wide
variety of fresh salads and mezze.
We serve only freshly squeezed juices and make our own delicious, homemade cool
drinks that don’t come from plastic bottles!
All our salads and fruit are washed in safe, filtered water
and our drinks and ice cubes are always made using filtered water.
